Welcome to the Left 4 Dead Map Database!

I'm Matt, the main admin and creator of this site. The L4D Map DB has been created to support the explosion of community activity and L4D mapping that will undoubtedly occur once the game and SDK are available. Also, we wish to expand upon the success of our first wiki map db, the Sven Co-op Map Database. Whether you're a player or a mapper, I hope you will find the L4D Map DB to be a useful resource.

Any questions or suggestions related to the site are appreciated.

Thanks.

make map and campaign, about me,is very very hard!need passion, and especially need patience!
i'd like to built scenary,but i think that i should have many time to spend…and i haven't got this time!so…i'll wait you!!hihi
anyway…i wanna ask 2 things:
- i don't understand,when it will release the new map…ehm,i wanted to say,new campaign!!because,while i see Mall in particolar,i'm very excited!and i hope soon,to play it!
anyway…will release at the end of this year some of this campaign???can we play in this christmas whit this map??:)
- here the second question: if i play on-line,for example with Mall map with my friends,do we have to have, both this map???

thanks 4 answer…and thanks 4 your web-site!!

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time and expending the effort to put this site together. I'm hoping to try a lot of these maps as time goes by and you've made it easy to find what look like some great maps. It's folks like you that make these games worth more than you pay for them. Thanks again for your hard work.
